Lunch today is pumpkin soup with a sprinkling of cinnamon, served with boiled broccoli and asparagus. The dressing on the greens is made from the juice of one lemon, a teaspoon of tahini, a tablespoon or hummus, a teaspoon of EVOO, and a pinch of salt. This dressing also goes good on raw kale.
Oats and Barley made with water and protein powder. Topped with microwaved blueberries, sliced banana and almond butter. Delicious!
